Dean Green's Alaskan Salmon and Southwest Cod

Fortunately Dean was there as usual to guide me to something a bit more exotic, yet still reasonably safe in recommending the Southwest Cod. Both pieces of incredibly fresh fish actually complemented each other quite well and made for another amazing meal from this diamond in the rough.

Ingredient Profile: My Love/Hate Relationship with Hops

Of the four main ingredients in beer (water, hops, barley and yeast) hops are the most interesting. I like to consider hops to be the personality of the beer because they add a complexity and character that is completely unique.
